I was all set to post something for the recipe blog but instead I have to alert you to a weird happening taking place tomorrow.
Tomorrow, just two minutes and three seconds after 1:00 a.m. the time and date will be:
1:02:03 4/05/06
that won't happen again for another 100 years.

NOpe, I can't take credit for thinking of this. A friend emailed it to me. Yes, it should take place at 1 p.m. too I think.
