I won something again! It pays to leave comments on these giveaway sites, I tell you. Probability says you're bound to actually win once in a while. So, what did I win? The enviable book of Peeps crafts and recipes pictured at left! Chloe is going to be thrilled as she's recently discovered the marshmallowy goodness of brightly colored Peeps.
I know, a strange thing to win. I don't care, I'm excited anyways. Matt says I should apply my luck at winning online giveaways for something useful like a $500 gift card for gasoline. :) How practical of him. How could he not see the value in a full length publication
devoted to recipes and crafts to make with marshmallow candy?!? C'mon, tell me who wouldn't coo over a Peeps painted bag? (I know one bunny-loving gramma who would!) And apparently the Washington Post sponsors a big Peeps diorama contest each year devoted to artfully displaying Peeps in creative ways. Let's show a little vision, Matt! :)Personally I don't like Peeps - too sweet for me. My fave Easter treat is the traditional cadbury cream eggs. What candy treats do you savor at Easter time?

Cadbury Eggs are my all time fav. too! I just can't resist them.
I don't care for the Cadbury filled eggs, but the Cadbury mini eggs are my absolute favorites. Super yummy!!
oh, yeah! cadbury for me! i can handle one a year and i have to break it up into two eating sessions, but it's worth it. :)
I was interested to read your blog. As a parent you may be interested in being part of a university study I'm involved with. It’s about how infants and children develop. It wouldn’t take much of your time, and it’s a great way to contribute to knowledge by reporting on your own experiences. don't care for peeps - but glad you are excited to win something. I really enjoy the Whopper eggs and sweattart bunnies. Mike's favorite are cadbury eggs.
I too do not really care for peeps, but I love the peanut butter eggs!!
Yuck to all things marshmallow (except smores). I really, really, really love the reeses' peanut butter eggs in both white & milk chocolate. And sweet tarts. yum! I hope you & yours have a blessed Easter weekend!
I like the caramel Cadbury eggs (not the regular kind--too sweet!)
BTW, maybe you should try gambling? ;) JUST KIDDING! I once won over 5 million dollars with one spin at roulette table... I put all my chips on the number 13and spun a 13--it was my first and only spin! It was a company holiday party, so of course, I wasn't playing with real money, but it was thrilling! And this is why I do not gamble for real... I have the Johnson addictive personality disorder. ;)
YOU ARE THE luckiest person I know :)
Your kids are growing so fast. Clive is getting so big. I am about 20 wks along and find out next week what I'm having. Hoping for a boy for Andrew!!
